Proposal Development
We take the results from our planning session and develop a complete proposal customized to deliver your dream Poolscape.

Permitting and Preinstall
The Guardian Poolscapes team then does all the necessary behind the scenes work to start makeing your dream come true.
We pull permits, coordinate crews, order pool components: all the boring stuff that makes an install go seamless.

Site layout and Dig Day
With all the preplanning complete comes the most exciting day for the homeowner...Dig Day!
We layout the pool in the yard and start breaking ground.

Walls, Shell and More
Today is the day when you can start to see the pool coming to life. Often times we will set walls and pour the concrete footing the same day. A solid pool footing is what holds a pool in place throughout the years.
This is a critical day to make sure the pool is at the correct elevation, square and level. A very important step to start delivering a quality pool.

Plumbing, Floor and Backfill
Next is getting all the compents that are installed below the pool decking complete. From the main drains to skimmers and returns, under ground wiring for lights and auto cover all this has to be completed before inspection.
Inspection is done by a city or county organization to insure all building codes are met before they are covered up.

Pool Decking
Finally time to get some decking down! This is the surface that you will walk on and the place from which you'll enjoy lounging around your dream pool.
All decking is customized to each individual design, none are similar, but the result is the same...everyone is getting excited.
Another inspection is required to insure all building codes are met.

Liner and Fill
Once the liner goes in, the excitement builds even more.
We often see kids playing in the pool as we add water, even though it's pretty cold, they don't seem to mind at all!

Button Up and Enjoy
Last we help you with understanding and training on the pool equipment. Do a thorough walk around to make sure we have met all your expecations.
